During the training phase, participants were tested on some of the most important lacrosse shooting feats. Some of the most well-known were the following: (a), best shot;(b) biggest shot in crosse; and (c), fastest time to shoot.

In the study, many other lacrosse feats were also tested. The most notable was the "Simon Task", which involved an attentional control enhancement, which increased the number of shots a player could take on the other side of the goalie.

Another remarkable feat was the "Lacrosse Celly", a lacrosse practice. Not only was this a creative and original exercise, it was also done without the usual Lacrosse practice. It was an adventurous experiment that drew inspiration form some of the most skilled and successful Lacrosse players of history.

Overall, these studies show that computer-based training can have a profound effect on the shooting ability of a lacrosse player. Although the Simon effect was smaller than the Lacrosse Celly and the SRC, it was still evident.
